This position is for immediate placement. 聽Summary:聽This position is responsible for the 鈥渙n site" management of all SBA sites within their assigned geographic area by ensuring that these towers are continually marketed and in compliance with industry standards.聽聽Essential Duties & Responsibilities:聽路Manage co-lo approvals, disapprovals, A&E site walks, pre and post construction site inspections, drop and swaps and tower enhancements in assigned territory.路Complete and submit the tenant installation form to corporate.路Perform site audits to ensure tenant compliance per the lease agreement with changes submitted to corporate for database correction and possible lease amendment; submit documentation.路Provide routine maintenance and assessments on all tower sites including repair of alarm monitoring instruments, lighting units and any other issues deemed appropriate.聽 Notify Sr. RSM of all such conditions.路Coordinate with Corporate Utilities Analysts to resolve any site specific utility issues.路Ensure that tower space and ground space is being used efficiently.路Responsible for M&A site evaluations, upgrades and corrections.Review M&A trackers, work with corporate to ensure quick transition to SBA control, including but not limited to site upgrades (fencing, tower painting, and lighting control replacement, etc.), tower light conversions to NOCC.路Perform annual inspections and provide the necessary documentation upon request.路Perform quarterly inspections for FAA/FCC compliance as well as completes and maintains trackers for inspection.聽 路Other projects and duties as assigned.聽聽BENEFITS:Medical / Dental / VisionLife InsuranceSTD/LTD/AD&D401(k) with a matchTuition Reimbursement
